It is made up of more than 60 congregations. The main congregations are B'Nai Avraham, Ottumwa, Iowa; B'Nai Yeshurun, Kittanning, Pa. In 2004, Rabbi Konuchowski resigned from the Union to form a separate organization. Rabbi Nydle is the Nassi or president and Rabbis Nydle and Mitchell are board members and directors.
